Sound space - Sound Baths with Singing Bowls
Sound baths are a form of vibrational healing. In these classes, you will lie back and make yourself comfortable, put an eye mask on to block out the peripheral light, and gradually open yourself up to the healing vibrations.
In this class, we use both Singing bowls made of Crystal as well as bowls forged from alloys. The bowls forged from alloys were all individually hand-hammered and created with the intent of healing blockages on the physical, mental and emotional planes. Physically, your body will absorb the vibrations, and this alone feels very soothing. Mentally, your mind will be distracted away from your repetitive thoughts. Emotionally, you will travel through different feelings as the sounds open up trapped energy in your body.
The beauty of sound baths is that they bypass the intellect and give your mind a rest. When you follow the sounds of the singing bowls until you can’t hear them anymore, this process takes you into a profound state of relaxation.
